Autumn Bowl Memorial - The House Of Vans (2010)

Autumn and Vans put together an Autumn Bowl Memorial skate jam at The House Of Vans (Brooklyn, NY) last night. The event was private with about 100+ guests including the guest of honor - Christian Hosoi! "Holmes" was living up to his rep skating faster and going higher than anyone else in the building. On the lower-level dudes (too many names to drop) were killing the bank to wall, hip and the assortment of Element Drop Spot obstacles scattered throughout the space. We had a great time, skated, ate some pizza and left with this awesome Autumn Bowl shirt. Thanks to Autumn & Vans for putting such a great night together. We're sad to see the Autumn Bowl go but it was great to session with everyone again... enjoy the pics.

Gabe is talented both behind and in front of the camera, as seen here where he's leaping over a hefty flat gap. Keep it up Gabe! -Worful

LEDGE-ENDS OF THE FALL

I spent most of Sunday on the other side of heaven and earth (see: O'Fallon) at a family get together, but managed to hightail it downtown to meet up with what was left from that day's session at Keiner. The fountain is drained (yay!) and so Bobby, Joe Jackson, and the Kehoes made good use of the ledges and steps there. Then we went across the street and Gabe worked out a nice pair of lipslides before we got the boot. Anyway, it's good to see that Keiner and downtown are still fun spots to meet up with your friends. -Worful

Editor's note: Thanks to Randy for the post title!

DAYLIGHT'S SAVING GRACE

Well it gets dark out way earlier now, which stinks. But at least there's always the Webster park when you're in need of a night time session. I picked up Bobby from the airport the other day and we went straight there to meet up with some dudes and here's what ensued. Also Sam got his license, nice! -Worful
