561 is celebrating our 9 year anniversary today! time flies. opened my inbox today to find this to commemorate the occasion... the first ever poem on the 561 blog!
9 years ago today
with a giant will and a way
what started out small,
and far away from a mall
Teak opened his door
and in came way more.
3 rounders, 11 decks, and some grip
led his life down this faithful trip.
It has been a long road
and with it came a heavy load
But persevere he did
and he was just a kid!
Then came SB
and who could have forseen
The doors a brand could open
and certainly keep Teak from Mopin.
A mini ramp nextdoor was to follow
and a good time that was but left the walls hollow
so what did it become?
THE SHOE ROOM OF FUN!
It's not easy living the dream
but when you do you.. your life carries a theme
If you do things right the first time
you will be in the business a longtime!
Congratulations Teak on your 9th year of the dream!
